With a strong foundation in early childhood education and professional development, Tolbert, the driving force behind Early Childhood International Consulting, brings extensive expertise in leadership, training, and collaboration to every consulting engagement. Tolbert has successfully initiated and executed Early Literacy Conferences in Atlanta (2024, 2025) and presented on national and international platforms including the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the Black Child Development Institute (BCDI), and the International Conference on Urban Education (ICUE) in Mexico. Her work extends beyond training and presentations, having co-authored a children’s book and collaborated on the development of accessible literacy curriculum resources. Through her consulting practice, Tolbert is dedicated to equipping educators and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to strengthen teaching, enrich classroom environments, and improve outcomes for young children.
